Hello again! March has been a fun month, some crazy Utah weather, shorts one day, coats the next, we had a quick exciting trip up to Salt Lake to celebrate Izzy Rae's First Birthday! It was quite the adventure to get there, we took a smaller car, thinking it was a smart, efficient idea, but we thought wrong, and the car decided to NOT be efficient and we got stuck in Price, UT for a few hours on a Friday night! That was an adventure! Trying to get a car fixed on a Friday night, in a small town that didn't have any rental cars, hotels or tow trucks available... and we had a car full of kids and dogs! YIKES! We did end up at a great little car shop that took good care of us, got us back on the road after staying a little late. We ended up driving back to Moab, instead of continuing to Salt Lake and risking getting stuck in the canyon with no services. We were bummed we weren't going to make it to the party, but first thing Saturday morning when we all woke up, we just decided, hey why not... let's go for ANOTHER drive, so we packed up our TRUSTY, awesome, old suburban and hit the road! Made it just in time for the party!
Other than our exciting trip, we have been pretty mellow this month, Tripp is really enjoying school still, and making some new friends. We've been making lots of new foods with Tripp, which has been really fun! We play outside whenever we can and enjoy the warm sunshine before it gets TOO hot!
To end the month with a bang, Caffrey started walking on Easter, so now he is really into everything, and he LOVES to climb!!!
