Blog Slacking part 2

Part 2 of my slacking... THEN we are done for a month :-)

Family and Friends came out for a weekend and they all stayed at Green Valley Resort, they were nice enough to let us come crash their pool days!

Jon and Tripp are playing in the sand, but you can barely see them (furthest right side of the sand)  Tripp HATED the sand at first, wouldn't touch it with shoes on or off... It was just a flat out NO. Then decided it was pretty cool.

Who needs gel when you have sunblock?

Kisses!

The chica's!

The whole crew! Jeremy, Danielle, Mom/Nana, Gretchen, J.D., Jon, Heather, Tripp and Amanda.

OUR FIRST HAIRCUT!!!!

Before hair..... kiss it goodbye!

And the after.... AND neither of us cried! Tripp did so good! Just chilled in his chair playing with a squirt bottle! What a stud!

We found this awesome park. "Sunset Park" It is huge, it's like Sugarhouse Park times 20! Seriously a huge park with so much fun stuff to do! Tripp really liked to feed the ducks!  We learned a funny, and luckily NOT serious lesson today, we were giving Tripp bread to feed the ducks and we were watching Tripp carefully not to eat it (allergic to bread), but we figured it was ok to touch it, well we figured wrong, the poor little guy started coughing and sneezing like crazy! We got it under control quickly, washed his hands and face, and it calmed right down.... whew. Lesson learned, next time we went to the park to feed the ducks, the ducks got gluten free rice chex cereal :-)

Daddy stole Tripp's hat :-)

Awwww!

We got a cute little pool for the backyard.... Mani LOVES the pool about as much as Tripp!

Had our check up appointment with the Dr! 33 inches long, almost 25 pounds. Happy , healthy, allergy kid!
The Dr is always impressed with how well Tripp is doing compared to when we first moved to NV when Tripp had super red, dry skin!  (previously MIS-diagnosed as Excema, when it was bad food allergies)

Every once in a while we take a rest..... for about 50 seconds.

We found this place called "Run Plus Fun" it is an indoor play area in Anthem.  It is pretty cool, busy place!  Lots of kiddos! Tripp of course spent most his time in the ball pit.

Tripp wore daddy out.

Occasionally we sit still and let mommy work and we play with our "busy bins".

Tripp loves to put shoes on... and off.... and on.  Even ones that don't fit and are many sizes too big!

Tripp was helping daddy trim the tree in the front yard.... he took a branch to the face. He was tough about it  :-)

Not really sure what he was doing here, but looks intense.

Cute boys!

Sometimes eating can be exhausting!

Well that concludes my update for this month! See you next time!

Slacking on Blogging,

Well I took over the blog a few months ago, because Jon totally wasn't staying on top of it, well I am not any better apparently. My goal is to update monthly, but that doesn't always work out, well rarely does in fact.  We have been very busy lately and doing lots of fun things, and not so fun things, so I shall start updating you now, and it may take a few posts. :-)

Just hangin with Nana D!

We had to take Mia to the vet for some skin issues, she is hiding right now, so she thinks.

She really wishes she picked a better hiding spot now.

Tripp did a six week tumbling class! He loved it!  He got to burn energy, climb things, roll on things, hang from things, and best of all flip all around and land on soft cushy things! It was pretty fantastic!

Wait for it....

He LOVED to hang on this bar, he even tried to climb and flip it.

Loves his papa!

This is Mani.... after getting wet... he just HAS to find dirt! It's pure bliss for him!

Tripp and Azure.  Azure is Jon's friends daughter. Tripp and Azure are about 6 months apart. They got along like any 2 year old couple would :-)

Louie waits for daddy to get home every night.

Babe got a new cat tree from our neighbor Gayle.  She was getting rid of this! We were lucky enough to score it. Princess and Babe love it! Tripp does too, but that is a whole other story.

Forks have a different purpose in Tripp's mind.

We were getting ready to go to the Dr.s I told Tripp to get his shoes.... This is how he came back out.... Soooo we went to the Dr cowboy style :-)

The cutest thing ever.

We also scored a little table from Gayle and I painted the top with chalk board paint.  We bought all sorts of chalk colors for it! It is pretty awesome. (Thank you Pinterest)

Handsome Daddy ready to leave for his interview!

Happy EMPLOYED daddy returning from his interview!

Grandma Debra was in town for Mothers Day, we went to Starbucks, Target and just hung out! (Daddy was working)

Tripp LOVES water bottles! If he see's one, It is HIS. Doesn't matter who it DID belong to, cause now it is his.

We love to hang outside, only early in the morning though,  while it is still only like 90 outside! YIKES! Tripp has his own awesome chair with cup holders and all!

This is Tripp's turtle piggy bank, Tripp loves to collect change, then he gets mommy or daddy (usually daddy) to help him get the turtle down from his dresser, then stand it on his hind legs, and he puts the change very carefully in to the turtles mouth, then tops the process off by giving the turtle a nice kiss.
On the kissing subject, Tripp LOVES to give kisses, he is such a kissy, lovey little guy! We LOVE it, we will be sad when he doesn't do that anymore! He gives out kisses to pretty much anyone that wants one.... and animals... and rocks... and yeah pretty much everything.

Loves his doggy!

The nice lady at Starbucks thought Tripp would LOVE a Venti water........ that he did :-)

We organized our craft bin..... got ready to close it up and found an impostor!!!!

Well that is about all I can handle for now..... I will definitely add more shortly..... I am WAY behind and have lots more cuteness to share!!!
