A Visit to "Hole N" The Rock"

We heard of this awesome little place just outside of Moab called a "Hole N" The Rock" it's literally inside the rocks, cool little shops, awesome grounds to check out and a little petting zoo. We had to check it out....

Tripp was more interested in the statue animals than the real ones.....

This whole statue was made out of golf clubs.

Where we kinda wanted to put Tripp most of the day.... JK. But the tantrums would be more entertaining in there I'm sure.

Feeding the camel... they said it was 5 years good luck to kiss the camel, we all weighed our options and decided the less slobbery route of sticking with our current luck.

Llamas! The little guy was cute, the big one was interesting... he kept trying to steal all the food, he would reach his neck WAY out of the cage to get the bucket of food we had.

The whole place was pretty cool, we now have somewhere to show people when they come to visit. Really cool place.

Road Trip to Vegas.

We had this awesome long trip planned to Vegas, that got canceled last minute, THEN in another last minute decision, decided to go for it, Friday morning called Nana (she's always up for a get away) to come play with us, packed up and left! Just Heather and Tripp went. Jon stayed behind working and enjoyed a super quiet household.

Mom and Tripp met Nana in Beaver... Tripp slept MAYBE an hour! It was quite the long car ride!

Swimming! Jon Lopez came to play with us, mom got to relax and Tripp got to play! It was fantastic! Tripp enjoyed playing frisbee, he even made a little friend for a while, totally ditched Jon when she showed up..... short term of course.

At Gayle's house, she did a surprise party for Pat, it had an awesome turn out! And lots of kiddos to play with!

Playing at the arcade.... he was showing Jon how to drive a motorcycle. :-) He loved the games, however his attention span was about 5 seconds long at each game.....

And the drive home..... He slept almost the entire way from Beaver to Moab, we found out why later, he was apparently getting sick, partied too hard in Vegas, he has been sick the entire week since we have been home!
