Randomness

Well since I am horrible at blogging, here are some random pics of Tripp and what he has been up to the past couple of months :-)

Dancing, freestyle, in underwear... guess that is acceptable and even cute when you are 3!

He sleeps with SO much stuff on and around him, if you try to take any of it away, he knows!!!!

Just being mischievous.

Watching a hockey game on the computer.

He was SO excited that he had a cookie with ORANGE frosting!

Playing outside, in the neighbors driveway, wearing of course, shorts, and cowboy boots,  at least he put a hoodie on this time.

Just being a cheeser.

We went up to Green River to pick up the toy hauler. We met Tracy and Bella there. Tripp LOVED Bella. We happened to go on Melon Days weekend, so we got some AWESOME melons while we were there! Must say, it was the BEST watermelon we had ever had :-)

Mom and Tripp got bored waiting for dad and Tracy to quit chit chatting so we took selfies.

Tripp showing off his new car he got at the grocery store... orange of course.

Helping dad repair a hole in the street..... Such a hard worker...

Camping out on the couch with his Ninja Turtle sleeping bag!

Working hard.....

Playing in the mud.... such a fun activity.... only slightly messy.

Tripp got his own "Clifford". He is funny, when he used to wear necklaces everyday, we would make him take them off before bed, well Clifford has a necklace (aka a collar) that won't come off, so Clifford is not allowed in the bed, because he has a necklace... this is according to Tripp, so Clifford sleeps on top of the bed... at all times.

The start of video games.... :-) At least he seems to learn quite a bit from it... he can draw some letters now, and recognizes a ton of them. LeapPads are awesome!

A new creation of moms that Tripp was NOT a fan of.

Just found this funny, we aren't sure what he was doing, but he occasionally sits like this, with his blanket on his head....

Dad got sick one day, we didn't want it, so we put Griffin in charge to take care of dad.... he's a great caregiver, dad was better in just a few hours.

Tripp "watering" the dirt.....

The kid has some style... yep.

When nana Connie came out for a visit we went to "Arches National Park" it was amazing, we got more pictures, but they are on the big camera, so more to come later.... well or not, but they are for sure on the hard drive.....:)

We got him to wear pants..... once... for about 3 hours!

Playing with bubbles....

Such easy entertainment... bubbles!

Cute lil stinker!

Laura, Beck and Owen came down for a visit! The boys had so much fun!!!  Tripp still talks about it and all the fun they had! Cousin love!

More fashion tips from Tripp.

Playing with his giant dinosaurs.

Sometimes we let the cat babysit..... :) She did good.
Well that is all until next time, eeerrr which I am hoping is sooner than last time....  Bring on the Holidays!!!

Halloween Madness

Halloween this year was just going with the flow. We didn't know what happened out here in Moab, but kept hearing about possibilities of what MIGHT be happening, so we just waited and watched and went :-) We heard from pretty much anyone we talked to that only 2 neighborhoods really do trick or treating, so that was kinda weird.

Tripp made a paper pumpkin to decorate one day.  Was the perfect decoration for our fridge!

This was our stash of Tripp safe, allergy free Halloween candy that we ordered from an online store.

We got bored at the grocery store one day......

Halloween and orange.... Tripp's favorite.

Tripp was Ace Ventura Pet Detective for Halloween. Adults thought it was awesome, and had a good laugh, we got asked a few times by kids if he was a princess, Tripp was fine with either really, so it worked out well.

We went to the annual "Pumpkin Chuckin Festival" it was a good time, small, lots of kids and fun. The first thing Tripp was drawn to was the live music, so we went over, sat on some hay, had a snack and listened to the music. Then we did some pumpkin decorating, played some games, and watched some pumpkins fly through the air.

Played on more hay.... the higher the better. Best part was we brought home this hay in our tutu and put it through the house... mom LOVED that!

We got a balloon.... he picked on his own, an orange helicopter.

We put him in the costume contest, he really had no clue what he was supposed to do, but was intrigued by all the weird things around him.... he basically stood on the stage just looking at us like, ok, now what? Then dad walked in and Tripp decided to have a conversation with dad clear across the audience... that was funny.  Totally oblivious that anything else was going on around him.

Got to go on a pony ride... well a horse ride.... He was pretty nervous at first but loved it.

Then we got to paint a pumpkin at home. Funny story about this pumpkin.... I took Tripp to the store to pick out his own pumpkin... there were a TON of orange pumpkins, favorite color right, you would think he would be in heaven, but he decided he wanted a white pumpkin, he was even very specific about which one, I had to pick out and put back about 10 before he found the perfect one that he wanted to call his own :)

On Halloween night, we got invited by our neighbor, Travis, to go to his families house a few neighborhoods over, to their Halloween party, they had dinner, lots of kids and then we all took the kids trick or treating, Tripp of course found 2 older girls to walk him around to all the houses and up to all the doors. Such a little stud. He did awesome and was out for a good 45 minutes or so, got lots of candy (to give to mom and dad haha).  What we do with Tripp and his allergies is let him trick or treat, but he has to put the candies right in the bag after he gets them, then when we get home, we have another bag of "Tripp Safe" candy and treats that he can have, and we trade. He loves it. Happy Halloween 2014 :-)
